The Western Shasta Resource Conservation District (WSRCD) is requesting proposals for stream restoration construction services to implement the North Cow Creek Bella Vista Siphon Removal Fish Passage Project in Palo Cedro, Shasta County, California. Work is expected to occur during September 2023.
